In the 4-part mini course, we discuss “race” and racism under four themes:

 

1. “Race,” Inventing “the Other,” and Capitalism

2. Race, Power, and Policy

3. Race, Ethnicity, and Immigration

4. Racism, Its Social Implications, and Steps Toward Justice

I also offer a single session focused on the 1st theme and incorporating selections of the others.
